Returns/Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 14 days, and up to 28 days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 28 days from receipt of purchase. All orders requiring a return or exchange require prior approval by Gingerbread Monkeys. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval.

We require the following information to process an exchange/return:

• Customer's Name
• Customer's Mailing Address
• Description of products for return or exchange
• Reason for return/exchange

Upon receipt of the above information, we will provide you with our shipping address and an exchange/return authorization number. Items must be received by Gingerbread Monkeys within 10 days of receiving an exchange/return authorization number. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return or exchange.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, Gingerbread Monkeys is happy to replace it for you. The shipping charge is waived for replacements.

When shipping from outside of Canada, please use regular post and not a courier company such as Federal Express or UPS as we can't receive it due to customs charges incurred at our end.
